Segula Air Purification Background and Technology

Segula air purification system is mainly composed by 5 layers of advanced filtering technology:

Large particular Filter
Large particulate filter majorly functions to trap hair, duct and ash in the fine mesh. 

Electrostatic Filter
Using the technology of An unique pioneer advanced technology of "Double closed loop voltage & current control" which generated a high voltage electrostatic filter of 8000VDC and extremely precision control of the voltage and current change in order to monitoring and adjust the intensity of voltage regarding the electrostatic and as a result in <=0.002ppm ozone emission ultra performance which is far below the US EPA standard of 0.07ppm. Any physical particles going through this filter are positively ionized and drawn to the collective zone which is a series of negative charged metal plates.  For other bacteria/virus will also be killed by the high voltage.

Formaldehyde & TVOC Plasma Screen
Formaldehyde and volatile organic chemical (TVOC) pollutants are removed when passing through 2 separate plasma screens which have special coating (hydro-processing catalyst). O3 reaches here will be decomposed as O2+O and the O is a very strong catalyst to react with TVOC and decomposes it to harmless elements rapidly such as CO2 and H2O.  Eliminates odors such as smoke, pets, or nearby construction-    All filters are detachable for cleaning process by our professional maintenance team and can be re-used afterwards without disposal or any secondary pollution posed by saturation.

Anion Generator
The final step is to generate negative ions from the Anion Generator which emits 1M unit/cm3 into the room and actively clear the room of dust, mold spores, pollen, pet dander, odors, cigarette smoke, bacteria and viruses. They do this by attaching to these positively charged particles in large numbers. This causes the pollen, mold,  bacteria, etc to become too heavy to stay airborne. At this point it drops to the floor or attaches to a nearby surface, thus removing it from the air you breathe and preventing it from causing respiratory problems and other health issues.
